Do you pick up from the Harbor?

Yes we do! All tours includes pickup and drop off at any destination within the Freeport resort area and the harbor.

What time do you pick up from the Harbor?

It depends on your arrival time.

  • We pick up at 8AM for ships that arrive at 7AM
  • We pick up at 9AM for ships that arrive at 8AM
  • We pick up at 10AM for ships that arrive at 9AM
  • We pick up at 1PM for ships that arrive at 12PM

Please note that the listed pickup times are Eastern Standard Times. We do not operate on your ship time which maybe different than the local time. Local time is Eastern Standard Time.

Where in the harbor (cruise ship port) do you pick up?

We pick up from the Harley Davidson store inside your cruise ship port. Just walk from your ship to this store and wait for us on the outside of the store (Harley Davidson) on the side of the building facing the open food court at your cruise ship port. Please note, this means you are not to leave your cruise ship port to find us.

How long are the tours?

Tours are either 5 hours or 6 hours long from pickup to drop off. Tour time is catered to the time we are given for ship’s arrival and departure when you book. This ensures that we can run the tour leisurely from pickup to drop off without rush and return you back to your ship with more than enough time to continue with you moving at leisure to board your ship, shop or enjoy a drink with some local live music at the harbor.

Are there restrooms on tour?

Yes, but they are only at certain sites…like restaurants we use on tour. I would highly recommend using a restroom before pickup, otherwise you may have to say hello to a tree at our more remote locations.

What do I need to bring for a tour experience?

You should bring your towel, water, camera, swim suit on under the clothes you will be wearing, sun block, comfortable shoes for the activity you have chosen like sandals, flip flops or water shoes. Use the rest room before pickup, bring snacks for kids, games for kids, extra money for shopping, lunch and drinks.

How or when do I pay for a tour?

We only accept payment on the day of the tour and in cash from cruise ship guests. No advance payments are required to enjoy a day with us. Payment must be in American currency and in full on the day of the tour.

How do I book a tour?

Go to the Contact us page and fill out a request form. Please give us all of the details the form asks for especially if your tour choice includes snorkel or kayaking. This will allow us to bring the appropriate equipment and sizes for your enjoyment.

What does the tour include?

Pickup and drop off from and to the harbor. All equipment needed to enjoy the excursion of your choice, with exception to tours related to cave dives. It also includes narrative drive to the stops of the tour.

What is not include?

Lunch and park fee are not included. Lunch can be between $10 and $20 per person or higher depending on your eating and drinking interest. Park fee is $5 per person at its designated location. For cruise ship guests that has an 8AM or 1PM pickup, due to your limited port time we do not stop for lunch. We run the tour and then return you to your ship. You should have lunch after the tour on the ship or before the tour on your ship. You just need to bring money for the payment of the tour and park fee.

What about cave diving tour?

For our cave diving tours, equipment needed for the tour is not included. Rentals are $10 per item. Park fee for the cave diving tour is not included and is $10 per person.

Tanks and weights are included into the price. You will need or will have to rent these items if you do not have them at $10 per item, BC, Regulators, Wet Suit, Flashlight, Mask and Fins.

Cancellations?

We are a leisure tour company, if the weather does not allow us to run a tour leisurely we will cancel that excursion in the interest of your comfort. However, we will offer a similar tour experience that maybe a higher priced excursion, but we will offer the alternative tour for the original tour price. Therefore, if on pick up due to high winds the weather does not allow us to run a booked tour, your guide will let you know that the excursion is no longer running and then introduce the alternative tour.

If you decide not to join us anymore for whatever reason, please email or call to let us know. We would certainly appreciate it, if done in advance of several days or weeks.

How do I pay for a tour?

Payment is done by credit card with hotel guests. Procedure to payment is listed in our email when tour is booked. However, you call our listed email number on the day of the tour to process payment over phone. On pickup guide brings credit card slip for your signature. We only accept Master and Visa cards. If preferred, you can also pay in cash. We only accept Bahamian and American dollars.

How do I book a tour?

Go to the Contact us page and fill out a request form. Please give us the details we need such as sizes if the tour includes kayaking and or snorkeling. Once we receive your details, we will send an email with details of pickup at your Hotel. Details will include pickup time, where to meet your guide, what your guide will be wearing and holding and a list of other important information to make this experience easy for both you and your guide.
